        their creators and each contribution is but a transcluesion
        of other Clues
        The Network Becomes the Document
        The entire Network can be considered
        an infinite page where individual scribble their own clues
        The magic is in the fact that when something is elaborated as a Clue
        it obtains a permanent high resolution permanent address
        the folder paths turrn into qualifiers, properties in Dots and Clues
        and
        So instead of working with edit control lists
        the content itself is structured and
        simply references Clues by name
        which in turn together with the
        Universal Virtual Resource Name for the enclosing document can always be resolved
        in the originating page
        with the action clue that
      - as the articulation/exposition of the adjacent context evolve
      - its formulation eventually expected to be crystalized into a new
      - understanding and exposition
      - that would lead to finding right names for it
