that not only identify permanently verifiably named elements in a massive multiplayer networks of autonomous participants but all the information and the capabilities are assigned

permanent names that can be used to actually retrieve the named resource

 

This is all possible because of cryptographic hashing that in turn powers the Inter Planeatary File System

IPFS with the IPLD and IPDNS already provide facilities to assigning permanent names to mutable data (where data of course can be software/programs running in the browser)

and through the standard for DNSLink it also allows for using existing domain names and map them to IPFS 

With MindDrive we are aiming at a new naming system and a fully  operational instantiation of them using at least threee working prototypes that are all
